Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

1. All invoices include a copy of our current policies, procedures, terms & conditions.  Payment constitutes as acceptance of our terms & conditions. 

2. Payment is due in full at the time of booking and must clear within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. 

CANCELLATIONS

1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation date will be refunded in full.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before reservation date will be refunded at 50% or given the option to reschedule without penalty. 

2. In the event hazardous weather conditions or an unforeseen uncontrollable event that prevents us from installing your rental, a 100% refund will be given, or the installation can be rescheduled.  

3. We have the right to refuse or delay delivery due to weather conditions  

REFUNDS

1. No refunds will be issued do to the client providing us with the wrong delivery address, wrong gate access code, wrong access information, or no address posted on the house, curb or mailbox.  

2. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the display. 

3. No refunds will be issued due to any animals (i.e. dogs loose in the yard) that prevent rental installation.

4. No refunds will be issued if there is no grassy area in the front yard, unless special instructions were discussed and approved at time of booking. 

5. No refunds will be issued if the homeowner, business owner, or security officer prevents us from setting up the display. 

PROPERTY & RIGHTS

1. All elements of the Yard Card are property of Signed With Love Yard Cards, and are for rental only. 

2. A company sign with Signed With Love Yards Cards logo and contact information will be displayed along side your Yard Card.  Please do not remove or hide our company sign.  

3. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card display and use it for marketing purposes. 

4. Signed WIth Love Yard Cards reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, offensive, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.  

5. The person that reserves the yard card is responsible for the product.  Damage to product will require a fee of full replacement value.  

LIABILITY

1. Signed WIth Love Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the rental period. 

2. Signed With Love Yard Cards is not responsible for any local city ordinance violations, HOA ordinance violations, or landlord violations.  

We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion.
